Job Description
Our client is looking for a frontend engineer who cares about how things feel, not just whether they work. You'll be building customer-facing product surfaces from Figma through to production.
Responsibilities
What you'll do
Build and maintain product interfaces in Next.js and TypeScript
Translate design files into accurate, responsive, accessible components
Integrate with backend APIs and handle loading, error, and edge states properly
Contribute to and maintain a shared component library
Catch and fix performance issues before users do
Requirements
What we're looking for
3+ years building production React applications
Strong TypeScript and modern CSS (Tailwind or similar)
Experience with Next.js App Router and server components
Good eye for detail — spacing, states, and motion matter here
Comfortable working from Figma and giving design feedback
Nice to have
Experience with design systems or component libraries
Testing experience (Playwright, Vitest, or similar)
Some backend or API design exposure
